Should I return my broken device to TerraCycle for recycling?
That depends on whether your device is still covered under your 12-month warranty. Case 1: If your device is still covered under warranty, you should contact the Ploom Care Team first. They can try to help you resolve the issue with your device so you can continue using it. Case 2: If the Ploom Care Team is unable to resolve the problem, they will tell you how to return the device to us directly so we can replace it with a new one, free of charge. Case 3: If your broken or non-functional device is no longer covered under warranty, then yes, you are welcome to send it to TerraCycle. They accept devices in any condition for recycling.
