If I receive a replacement Ploom X Advanced device, will my warranty reset?

Yes.

If you get a replacement Ploom X Advanced, your Ploom X Advanced warranty period will reset to 1 year from when you received it.
You'll need to register your new Ploom X Advanced device to activate your warranty.
