My Ploom X Advanced isn't charging. What should I do?
There are a few different reasons why your Ploom X Advanced battery might not charge.
1. Your USB cable might not be connected properly. Double check everything's plugged in correctly.
2. Your USB cable might be faulty. Try using a different USB cable and power socket. It's best to use the official Ploom X Advanced USB cable.
3. Reset your Ploom X Advanced. To do this, make sure the sliding cover is closed and remove the front panel. Press and hold the small button with a thin, blunt object until your device vibrates and then replace the front panel.
