How do I participate
in the Ploom Device Free Recycling Programme?
Returning your old Ploom device to be recycled is a free and simple three-step process.
Step 1: Sign up
Create your TerraCycle account and join the programme.
Step 2: Print out
Download and print your free shipping label. This will include one prepaid postage label, and one ADR label to ensure your package is handled safely.
Place your old device into sealed packaging, and affix your labels to your parcel.
Step 3: Send off
Take your packaged device to your local UPS drop-off point, or arrange for a free collection. For more details, visit the TerraCycle website.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your device arrives at TerraCycle's recycling facility.
